3. You are placed under debt review
Under Debt Review you are protected from your creditors.
4. You pay one reduced payment

5. Our attorney applies for court order
Our attorney goes to court on your behalf and Order is granted.
6. Clearance certified issued
Once your debt is clear an Clearance Certificate is issued and you are cleared from the NCR website as having been under debt review.
